NAR's Technology Certification Program through InternetCrusade brings interactivity and Community to the education process. The Online Community will provide content and direction for future program development as the course materials continue to evolve consistently with the evolution of the Internet and its application in the real estate industry.

The Community will also give the members the ability to research products and services and provide feedback to vendors. Members will share and evaluate marketing ideas and programs with one another. Real Estate Electronic Publishing Company (REEPco), dba InternetCrusade® is a Hawaii corporation with its main operating office located in San Diego, California. The three principals of the company are REALTORS® with close to 100 years combined experience in the real estate industry and tens of thousands of training hours to members of the REALTOR® organization and staff. For the past 5 years, they have been traveling the country speaking and teaching REALTORS® how to "get connected" and apply technology and the Internet to their sales and marketing strategies. InternetCrusade has significant technology resources in place, including List servs of thousands of REALTORS®, Association and MLS Executives.

Specific experience/knowledge pertaining to designation program development in the real estate and/or technology arena

  • In 1996, InternetCrusade® developed CBT for RIN Network Desktop
  • In 1996, InternetCrusade® and NAR together developed a comprehensive "Train the Trainer" program for the Realtors® Information Network
  • InternetCrusade® created a comprehensive Training and Publishing Plan for the original REALTOR Information Network (RIN). The Plan structured a Certified Trainer Series to produce a faculty of RIN Certified Trainers, designated as RCT, as well as a REALTOR Technology Skills Enhancement Series for the RIN Certified REALTOR (RCR) Program.
  • In 1998, REEPco assisted the Realtor Association Certified Executives in developing its successful online RCE Certification course program, utilizing a MailList mode of communication.
